GT-C Electric Grease Lubrication Pump with Grease Cartridge

The GT-C Electric Grease Lubrication Pump with Grease Cartridge is an upgraded and optimized model based on the classic GT lubrication pump. Its core innovation lies in the adoption of an independently sealed hard grease cartridge. Replacement can be completed in one step without on-site refilling, delivering convenient and efficient operation. It fundamentally eliminates contamination risks such as dust and impurities that may be introduced during traditional tank grease replenishment, ensuring lubricant purity and long-term stable operation of the system.

It is a high-performance high-pressure plunger pump with a rugged structure and stable, reliable operation, configurable with up to five independent pump elements. Specially designed for progressive or single-line lubrication systems, it steadily delivers high-pressure lubricating media to ensure accurate and dependable lubrication for each lubrication point. The specialized reservoir design enables easy oil level observation and effectively blocks ultraviolet radiation to prevent lubricant deterioration. It is equipped with a built-in low-level alarm with flashing light and buzzer; signal output is also available as an optional feature.

Available in two model configurations:

Standard VersionControlled by an external PLC. Without a built-in control unit, it provides a more cost-effective solution for lubrication systems.

Automatic VersionEquipped with an integrated control system for local operation time setting. It is fitted with local operation and alarm indicator lights, together with a buzzer for alarm prompts. It supports low oil level detection and alarm signal output, and can be combined with monitor devices of distribution components to form a complete and fully functional operating system.
