AOP Wheel flange lubrication pump

The pump operates by metering homogenized lubricant, with the volume pre-set at the pump unit. Using compressed air as the transport medium, it delivers the lubricant through flow distributors to the spray nozzles, where it is evenly applied to the wheel flange. The system requires only a single line to convey both lubricant and compressed air.

When flow conditions in the outlet lines are similar, the air-lubricant mixture is divided equally within the flow distributor. The complete system consists of a tank, a plunger pump, flow distributors, and corresponding spray nozzles. All moving components are integrated into the lubrication module, facilitating easy access and replacement. Since neither the flow distributors nor the spray nozzles contain moving parts, maintenance time and costs are significantly reduced.
