HBP Hydraulic Pump

The HBP high-pressure hydraulic pump is a hydraulically driven double-acting piston pump. Equipped with single-line parallel grease metering assemblies, this lubrication pump can operate in conjunction with a cyclic timing control system, making it an ideal solution for single-line centralized lubrication systems.

When lubrication points require grease supply, the hydraulic oil passage opens. The pump is activated by energizing or de-energizing the solenoid valve installed at the pump front end. After the lubricator completes grease filling, the pressure in the main pipeline rises to the preset value. The pressure switch then feeds back a signal to the control system, which immediately cuts off the hydraulic oil circuit, releases system pressure, and initiates the next lubrication cycle.
