    Article Abstract

    As industrial equipment continues to develop toward higher reliability, longer service life, and higher protection levels, the use of stainless steel grease distribution blocks in centralized lubrication systems is steadily increasing. This paper focuses on seven typical stainless steel models from CISOLUBE—DSP, DSPP, DXF grease distribution blocks, and VL‑1, VL‑1X, VL‑1XL, VL‑11 grease injectors. It systematically analyzes the material advantages, structural characteristics, and technical parameters of stainless steel products, and evaluates their applicability in different lubrication systems. The results show that stainless steel grease distribution blocks offer superior corrosion resistance, temperature stability, metering accuracy, and ease of maintenance compared with traditional carbon‑steel versions, providing higher material reliability and long‑term value.


    Introduction
